Five formats. Each one a fixed price — and images that still match the building on move-in day.

Below is every format we make, with the spec sheet attached: what you get, how long it takes, who it’s right for and who should skip it. If you only need the $350 one, we’ll say so.

  1. 01Single still$350
  2. 02Three-view set$865
  3. 03360° walkthrough$1,140
  4. 04Animated flythrough$1,290

Every package starts as the grey half. You approve the angle before we spend a day on materials.

01 / The five formats

Every format, with the spec sheet stapled on.

Turnaround is counted in working days from the day we have a usable model. Every package includes the clay pass and two revision rounds. Prices are per project, confirmed in writing before we start.

Still · exterior or interior

Single still

per view$350

One camera, one lighting scenario, one finished image. It’s also the cheapest way to find out whether your model is actually render-ready — a lot of firms start here and come back for the set once they’ve seen it.

Buy it for

  • The front elevation for a planning packet
  • A site sign or a single hero image
  • Testing a model before a bigger order

Skip it for

  • Selling a whole house — one image can’t carry a listing
  • Interior-heavy projects; you’ll want two or three

Stills · three views, one model

Three-view set

3 views · about $288 each$865

The workhorse. Usually front at dusk, rear in daylight, one interior. We set the model up once and shoot three cameras, which is why it’s cheaper than buying three singles — not a discount, just less repeated work.

Buy it for

  • Getting your own client to sign off
  • A pre-sale brochure or project page
  • Portfolio shots before photography exists

Skip it for

  • Five-plus rooms of interiors — talk to us about a walkthrough
  • A design still changing week to week

Interactive · up to 6 linked nodes

360° walkthrough

per project$1,140

Linked panoramas a buyer can open on a phone and turn around in. Stand at the island, look at the window, tap through to the living room. It does the job a model home does, without building one.

Buy it for

  • Listing a spec home before it’s finished
  • Out-of-state buyers who won’t visit twice
  • Clients who can’t read a floor plan

Skip it for

  • Planning boards — they want prints, not links
  • Exteriors; a 360 of a façade is mostly sky and lawn

Animation · 4K · 30–45 seconds

Animated flythrough

per project$1,290

A single continuous camera move around and into the building. We draw the path on your site plan first and you approve it — so the edit you see is the route you picked, not our idea of cinema.

Buy it for

  • A launch video or project announcement
  • Investor and lender decks
  • Showing a building on its actual slope

Skip it for

  • Tight interiors — a camera gliding through a 10-foot hallway feels seasick. A 360 does it better.

Bundle · stills + 360° + teaser

Pre-construction marketing set

full set$1,500

Three stills, a four-node walkthrough and a 20-second vertical teaser for social — everything a developer needs to start taking deposits. It costs less than the pieces because we build the scene once and point every output at it.

Buy it for

  • Pre-selling townhouses or a small development
  • A sales office that opens before the foundation
  • Anyone about to order a set and a 360 separately

Skip it for

  • A custom home whose owner already said yes — buy the set and keep the $635

Ask for a side-by-side

02 / Which one, honestly

Start with what the image has to do, not what it costs.

The same house needs a different format for a zoning board than for a buyer in another state. Find your situation on the left; “Overkill” means you’d be paying for something nobody in that room will look at.

Recommendations by use case. Prices are per project.

Situation not on the list? Describe it in one line in an email. We’d rather talk you down a tier than up one.

Board meeting in three weeks? Tight, not impossible. We’ll tell you on the phone whether it fits the queue.

What you asked for vs. what we’d send back

Not a real client — a typical brief: 4-bed new build, Revit model ready, needs stills and a phone walkthrough for pre-sales by spring.

  • Three-view set$865
  • 360° walkthrough, 6 nodes$1,140
As requested$2,005

What we’d suggest instead

  • Pre-construction marketing set$1,500
  • 2 extra 360° nodes × $145$290
Quoted total$1,790

Same stills, same six rooms, plus a teaser — and $215 less. You’d hear this from us before you thought to ask.

04 / Not on the menu

Things people ask us for that we talk them out of.

  • Unlimited revisions

Unlimited sounds generous until round seven, when the render is chasing a design that hasn’t settled. Two rounds keeps everyone honest about when the drawing is done.

Instead → two rounds included, a third for $95
  • A nicer view than the lot has

No borrowed water views, no vanished neighbors, no mature oaks that were planted last spring. Buyers walk the site eventually, and the image has to survive that visit.

Instead → we label it “artist’s impression” if marketing insists
  • A flythrough of a small house

Under roughly 2,500 square feet, the camera spends most of its 40 seconds squeezing through doorways. It costs more and shows less.

    Instead → a three-view set, or a 360° if rooms matter
  • Rendering a design that’s still moving

If the floor plan changed twice this month, a photoreal image just freezes the wrong version beautifully. Wait two weeks. We’ll still be here on Rilling Ridge.

Instead → a $350 clay study, if you need something for a meeting
